We are a family owned and run company. We strive to give the highest level of service to both our clients and applicants throughout the process. Our company aim is to revolutionize the estate agency business making it more cost effective for our clients, Greener for the environment and a more personal experience for our customers with a higher quality of service offering freedom and flexibility. We achieve this by the way our company is structured.
Making our service more cost effective
The days of applicants walking down the High Street to look in agency windows is nearly over. In this technical age 90% of requests for viewings or applicant registrations come through the internet from one of the 7 property websites that we use to market our clients' properties. Now applicants want the latest properties emailed to them from their local estate agent or from preferred property site so they can browse at their convenience.
Taking this new trend into consideration we structured ourselves to take advantage of this and became a strictly online business. This means we do not waste money on a shop front in the High Street however we do maintain a strong High Street presence leafleting every four weeks, we also rent advertising space around the local town reinforcing our brand.
Making our business Greener
We strive to make our company as Green as we can. How do we do this?
* Our leaflets are printed on recycled materials using ink based on vegetable oils not mineral oils.
* We only print external documents for the public, documents for our clients and internal communications from staff members are all done by email.
* We use Skype for all our internal training and meetings , we only leave our offices to meet clients and conducted viewings.
More personal service
Throughout dealing with us in a specific town or area, you will only deal with one estate agent until your transaction is agreed at which time you will be will be allocated a dedicated administrator to manage your process until the day you move.
Our agents have great local knowledge because they all live in the area they cover. We expect our staff to have knowledge of the transport links, schools, colleges and universities.
More streamlined experience
We offer a more streamlined experience to our clients and applicants. All our communication is done by email so there is nothing lost in the post.
We do not have a complicated pricing structure, it is just one fixed fee of 0.75% of the price that your property is sold for or from as little as 5% of your monthly rent for lettings, even if your property is on the market with other agents. Finally we do not have a sole agency fixed term agreement. This basically means that you are able to instruct another agent to market your property as well. This ensures that you always get the best quality of service from us and after all that is what you deserve.
