Paul Chillingsworth Homes is the new name for Pettifer Homes Direct, which was formed in 2008 when 2 establish professional firms amalgamated.
Pettifer Property management has long since had a reputation for offering a highly professional and personal property rental service, handling around 400 properties in and around Coventry and Warwickshire. They also administered the management of around 150 flats, collecting service charges and arranging maintenance and upkeep of the developments.
Chillingsworth Homes Direct has been offering an individual property sales service since 1996 where it has built its reputation on providing a highly professional, personal and cost effective estate agency service. As their reputation grew they achieved a situation where up to 70 % of the properties they handled were recommendations from old clients.
