Whenever we contact people on our applicant register it is only to sell them a home. Compare this to the experience you may have had in other so called "estate agencies" where the emphasis seems to be on getting you to talk to their financial adviser and using their conveyancing service. (often hundreds of miles away.)
Our slogan "...Refreshingly Independent" says it all. We are not owned by big banks or insurance companies and therefore have no interest in selling anything except homes for people to live in. This actually helps
us sell more houses because buyers are relaxed, not pressured. Anyone who knows about selling will know people buy more when they relax!
