Jacqueline is a former nurse who has juggled a career in the NHS with managing a property portfolio on behalf of her family. When friends and family starting asking her to share her expertise she decided to take on a new challenge and set up a property management service.

Jason's expertises include running successful businesses, his knowledge and experience were invaluable when setting up the business, and he currently supports Leinster Property Management in a non-executive capacity.

Jacqueline noticed a gap in the market for a niche, five star, bespoke service for both landlords and tenants.

We pride ourselves in offering a personal and friendly service whilst at the same time maintaining a high standard of competence and professionalism. We are a small firm and therefore able to offer a bespoke personal one to one service to landlords and tenants alike.

Leinster Property Management specialises in managing clean, well maintained properties and in providing tenants who will care for the properties as if they were their own. We spend time getting to know both parties to ensure we can match tenant and property perfectly.

As specialist we are fully focused on the needs of the landlords and tenants and unlike estate agents our needs are not divided by dealing with property sales. We know how to manage property for optimum performance, whilst ensuring smooth running tenancies, and compliance with the various landlord/tenant laws.

We provide a 24 hour personal response service which means that should either the landlord or the tenants have a problem; they have access to a human voice 365 days a year, ideal if the heating breaks down on Christmas day!
