Derrick Hackney & John Leigh formed their partnership in 1982 and started with three offices in Windermere, Kendal and Ambleside. Expansion over the years has created the present coverage of seven offices, with the addition of Kirkby Lonsdale, Arnside, Grange-over-Sands, and most recently Carnforth, giving thorough coverage of the South Lakeland District, the Kent Estuary and The Lune Valley.
