FreshStart Living was set up in February 2009 to provide affordable private market housing solutions. Much of our work to date has focussed on comprehensive refurbishment of former local authority tower blocks and we have had success in selling off these blocks to large scale investors.
Whilst we continue to develop that side of the business we are moving into the new build market with our first new build development at Vauxhall Street in Manchester. This development quickly sold out to buyers keen to invest in our properties. FreshStart OffPlan has been set up to meet this demand.
Our properties are designed to meet Code for Sustainable Homes Level 3 and every effort is made to make them as environmentally friendly as possible in line with the ethos of our business.
With our in house construction company we are well placed to monitor build quality and our final product. Each development is undertaken under a separate SPV to protect each development against risk, offering more security to us as a company and the buyers.
