Andrew Denison started Denisons in 1997 by opening the Christchurch Office and was quick to expand and take advantage of the rising market by expanding the business into Bransgore acquiring a comptatible business in the village. In the later years the company opened the Tuckton Office expanding further into Hengistbury Head and Wick. The Lettings department which started at the Tuckton Office was moved to the busy town central Christchurch Office in 2008.
