William Ashby heads up the well established Property Services department. He believes that the links within the company enable Consider It Done to look after every aspect of your property requirements. From offering property services for vendors and purchasers through to investment properties and tenants, he can offer a substantial range of building and maintenance services to all property owners and developers.

With a wealth of expertise in the letting field having worked over the past 10 years in the public and private sectors, including one of the largest groups in the South East, Jill Rigby applies her years of experience and significant knowledge of the area to the advantage of the customer. Understanding the importance of working with an experienced agent, Jill believes that this benefits clients as they receive a better level of service from the property specialists. Where tenants are looking for properties to rent, demand is certainly outstripping supply.

Nigel Anderson runs the sales side of the business and is a qualified chartered surveyor with over 15 years knowledge and professional experience having worked for some of the most respected residential agents in the UK. Nigel has a vast experience of residential property having provided valuations for loan security and marketing across the South East from studio flats to development sites through to exclusive London Mansions and Country Estates.
