Directors, Sue Bushnell and Andrew Green, are passionate about property and about the local area. Andrew Green was born in North Devon and grew up on an Exmoor farm, before starting a very successful property lettings company. Bushnell & Green Property Agents were formed when he joined forces with Sue Bushnell, who has won a number of nationally recognised awards in her former role as a property finder for the UK's top independent property search company and also worked on several occasions as Property Consultant to popular ITV’s Location, Location programmes. Sue is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents and The Property Ombudsman's redress scheme.
