• Our fee is a flat fee of £1995 + VAT and therefore not % based on the value of your house - why pay more for the same service just because your house will sell for more? That doesn't seem fair to us.

• Your property will appear on major property portals for maximum exposure to potential buyers, some of which you would not otherwise be able to access as a private seller.

• We offer much better value for money than a traditional estate agent- currently they charge too much for what they do!

• We outstrip traditional estate agents with customer service - I know it's easy to say that but we truly believe it's worth going the extra mile. In fact, if you are not happy then we will return 100% of your fee.

• We approach your transaction from a consultative / advisory point of view to give a really personal service.

• Our 'No bullshit' company ethos and the fact that you handle your viewings, gives you complete transparency and control throughout the transaction - that's a welcome relief from feeling constantly kept in the dark!

• Your point of contact here at Anesta will be NAEA qualified and have the relevant industry experience - they are also bright little sparks with a great telephone manner and buckets of common sense!
