Andrews Snape & Co will be pleased to arrange for our principal, Bryan Snape, to call to inspect your property and discuss all aspects of accommodation letting with you.

Our services, briefly, are as follows:

Finding a suitable tenant, taking up bank, employer and one other reference, introducing the tenant to the landlord and, on his approval of the same, taking the following steps:

Tying up the tenancy on a fixed term agreement within the confines of the current legislation. Taking a full inventory of contents, decorations and the general condition of the property, against which a deposit is paid by the tenant, at the end of which the inventory is again checked by us and if all is in order the deposit is refunded to the tenant.

As a general rule the rent is collected calendar monthly in advance from the tenant by us and transferred to the landlord's bank. Any problems that may arise during the course of the tenancy are dealt with promptly by our Management Team, who each have years of experience in management matters, and ensure that all the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement are adhered to.

We find there are various queries that the landlords raise prior to letting their property and we have therefore compiled a "Question and Answer" schedule which we hope will be helpful - please just ask for your copy, and also a draft tenancy agreement.
