Andrews are an Independent Estate Agent established in April 1992, by Andrew J Griffiths M.N.A.E.A, with the view to offering a different approach to marketing property in the Great Barr, Kingstanding, Aldridge and surrounding areas.

Andrew has in excess of 20 years experience in the estate agency industry, working for large corporate companies and independents alike. The latter 18 years he has worked for himself, which has given him an excellent enviable understanding of the local marketplace.
