We can always take up references on tenants on behalf of our landlords.
Our landlords live all over the world and, whether round the corner or round the globe, are looked after by managing partner Steve Harris who is available full time for consultations or queries. Steve was born and brought up in Bristol and lives locally.
Our approach is straightforward and consultative. We give landlords honest feedback and helpful advice regarding their properties. We work in dialogue with our landlords and can adapt to your specific needs.
Our advice is available both for properties currently owned by our landlords and for those being considered for purchase. We also offer free advice on a range of related issues such as; landlords moving overseas, property furnishing, safety testing and HMO’s and other issues.
Our marketing is extremely hands-on; we have a strong shop front on the busy Whiteladies Road in Clifton, we work with local companies, high street shops, the local press and have our own interactive website (yourabode.co.uk) and emailing list.
