How many times have you heard that? Well it’s true. The other non-secret of Google is that it is the biggest property website in the UK. I know what you’re thinking…. I thought Rightmove was the biggest?
Well let me re-phrase… Google gets more search for property than any other website. Undeniable. You can also take advantage of that fact. I would guest-imate that the estate agent market is running an 80/20 rule when it comes to Google. Eighty percent know it’s important to be inside Google, but only 20% are taking advantage of AdWords.
